Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 5 p.m., we would ask you to phone and let us know, as otherwise, the room will be given to someone else. On the day of departure, your room must be free at 10 a.m.

Deposit: Bookings are binding as soon as you receive our confirmation by fax, email or post and as soon as you have paid the deposit of € 100 per room into our account. The sender must pay ALL bank charges. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be counted as a deposit for another holiday. Deposits can be paid as follows:

Catering: Meals not taken will not be refunded.

Cancellation: If you cancel your room up to 30 days before your confirmed arrival date, there won’t be any extra cancellation costs. However, if you cancel any time after this date, arrive late or leave early, you will be charged for the days booked. For this reason, we recommend you take out cancellation/travel insurance.

Payment: You can pay your final bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
* We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash con only be accepted for a maximum amount of 999,- Euro.

Room numbers: Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to book a certain floor, location or room number.
