The trail runs across meadows and fields to the Lake Prags/Braies. During the winter, when ice and snow cover the lake, the hundred year old land bridge reminds you of the presence of the lake. There are links to the entire cross-country trail network in the Alta Val Pusteria/Upper Puster Valley.
