General terms and conditions
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we would ask you to phone and let us know, as otherwise, the room will be given to someone else. On the day of departure, your room must be free at 10 a.m.
Deposit: Bookings are binding as soon as you receive our confirmation by fax, email or post and as soon as you have paid the deposit per room into our account. The sender must pay ALL bank charges. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be counted as a deposit for another holiday. Deposits can be paid as follows:

Catering: Meals not taken will not be refunded.
Terms of withdrawal:
Cancellation: The confirmatory deposit will be retained in any case. We will apply the cancellation conditions according to the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382): In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival will not be charged any cancellation fee. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival will be charged 40% of the full amount of your stay you have booked. Up to 8 days will be charged 60% up to 3 days to 80% and from 2 to 0 days, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged as reimbursement for the cancellation.
For this reason, we recommend you take out cancellation/travel insurance.
Payment: You can pay your final bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
* We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 3.000,- Euro.
Room numbers: Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to book a certain floor, location or room number.
